I watched the Habits of Lifetime Learning and found that the easiest lesson for me is to accept responsibility of my learning. I have always gone after the new knowledge needed to progress in both my personal life and my OCL Career.
The hardest thing I find is using Technology to my advantage. I am still old fashioned and use old ways a lot of the time. I must admit this 2.0 challenge is just that challenging.
